F26 Time too long needles downward

Possible cause:

All solenoid valves are de-energized.
The needles have been moving downward for more than 30 seconds.
This error can occur in the automatic mode only.

Rectification:

Excessive material in the grooves in the head of the main press. Use the [Strapping extra] function to clear the grooves.
Check the needles motion valve.
Check the output card, coils and wiring.
Check that the wire guides are not obstructed.
Check the limit switch for the needles.
Check that the pumps are supplying sufficient hydraulic oil to the system.
The coil of the solenoid valve is defective. Exchange the valve for an identical new item.
Protective clothing. Sharp edges. Only qualified personnel (16, 17, 19)
