F20 Time too long main press forward
Possible cause:
All solenoid valves are de-energized.
The main press has been moving forward for more than 30 seconds.
This error can occur in the automatic mode only.
Rectification:
The press chamber has been overfilled. Clear the surplus material.
Check the main press forward motion valve.
Check the output card, coils and wiring.
Check the main press sensor.
Check that the pumps are supplying sufficient hydraulic oil to the system.
The coil of the solenoid valve is defective. Exchange the valve for an identical new item.
The friction flaps do not open. Check the C-level pressure setting.
Protective clothing. Sharp edges. Only qualified personnel (16, 17, 19)
