F15 Main press running forward when prepress is in rear position
Possible cause:
All solenoid valves are de-energized.
The main press has left its rear limit switch when the prepress is in the rear position.
This error can occur in automatic mode only. It is caused by leaks in the valves or manual operation of the valves.
Rectification:
Reverse the main press manually. If the fault recurs, check for leaking hydraulic valves.
Clean behind the main press.
Lethal voltage. Fire hazard. Only qualified personnel (8, 12, 19)
