Rich Portas is the latest recruit to join Team Presona. Rich has joined us as a Customer Accounts Manager and will be at the heart of our customer team.
A big part of Rich’s role will be ensuring that all current Presona customers have the information, consumables and service support they need to ensure their Presona recycling equipment is operating at maximum efficiency levels.
He’ll also be working with Matt to identify new industry areas that could benefit from the Presona approach.
‘The whole ethos here is about doing more for our customers. Helping them to achieve more. It runs through everything that Presona does and is one of the reasons that I joined the company,’ said Rich.
‘Many organisations lose sight of the fact that in doing the right thing by their customer they’re also doing the right thing for themselves.
‘As a team we’re all striving to achieve the very best customer result, where everything just works. That will be my focus.’
Rich joined Presona from an industrial machinery training background and so has a real understanding of the day-to-day challenges of plant operators. He brings the number of ‘Richs’ on Team Presona to two.
